ATX-RELO started as a small crew working out of Pflugerville, moving neighbors who were tired of trucks that showed up late and blamed the customer when something broke. My name is Colin, and I run the crews day to day. Every job starts with a walk through, in person or over video, so we know the stairs, the doorways, and whether the piano is heading out the front or around the side. We train every mover on the same habits whether they are carrying a sofa out of a Hutto house or rolling office chairs out of a Round Rock building. Furniture gets wrapped in blankets, floors get runners, and door frames get padding before anything moves. When the truck is empty, beds go back together and boxes land in the room you pointed at, not in a stack by the garage. That is the standard the crew works to, and it does not change because the job is small or the summer is hot.
